How To Use
- Before fitting your Potliner, pour approximately 20mm of water into the pot - For best results do not allow the pot to dry out.
- Place the Potliner into the Bain Marie / Gastronorm Pot and fit it closely to the side walls.
- Fold the Potliner over the lip of the pot to keep it tight.
- When finished for the day, simply turn off your bain marie to cool down, pull out the potliner and dispose.
